New Students

New students please read below:

  • As a first time student arrive 15 minutes early.
  • Dress for a hot summer day at the beach.
  • Bring a bath towel, bottled water and a mat (These may also be rented at the studio).
  • Best to practice on an empty stomach.
  • Hydrate (drink water) before class to support your body.
  • Bikram classes are excellent classes for beginner students, as well as Vinyasa Level 1 classes.

All classes are 90 minutes unless specified.
