New students please read below:
- As a first time student arrive 15 minutes early.
- Dress for a hot summer day at the beach.
- Bring a bath towel, bottled water and a mat (These may also be rented at the studio).
- Best to practice on an empty stomach.
- Hydrate (drink water) before class to support your body.
- Bikram classes are excellent classes for beginner students, as well as Vinyasa Level 1 classes.
